Family Boosters Update

Good Afternoon,

It was wonderful to meet you all last Saturday. 

If you were unable to attend or needed to leave early I look forward to meeting and working with you in the years to come. 

There are a couple of key things we need everyone to be working on currently:

1. Our Designer Handbag Bingo is January 31^st. The venue holds 300 people.  With the size of our team, if everyone could sell 4 tickets we would sell out.
2. The ticket cost is $25 that gets you 4 bingo boards to play for 10 games of bingo
3. We will have desserts, pretzels, coffee and water (at no charge) for those in attendance.
4. We will sell tickets for a 50/50 and silent auction
5. Anyone purchasing 10 tickets can reserve a table(round) 8 tickets can reserve a long table for their party.
6. I have attached the flyer, please post at work and share with your friends—it’s a great night out.
7. I have also attached the letter we have been sending to local business for donations for our silent auction, please feel free to share.  We are in need of more items for the  silent auction.  If you are willing to make/donate a basket please email me with details.
8. We will also need some help the day of the event please review the list below and let me know where you can lend a hand: Set-up, ticket takers at the door, Basket Assembly(prior to event), Basket Monitors, Selling supplies, 50/50 ticket sales, Run the board during the game, Clean-up, etc.
9. Please know the kids can help with set-up, but NO ONE under 18 may be in the building during the game.
10. If you are in need of tickets please contact me – email--- dbarr@glassboroschools.us  I check this between 7-2pm, dmbarr70@comcast.net  check this after 2pm, or ell—609 680 6173 and I will make arrangements to exchange money and tickets with you. 
11. 3.  Someone asked for the donation letter for the program from business—I have asked Mr. DePrince to share that letter with you.
12.  If you did not already make a donation of a case of water and package of snacks for the students to have when they are working please drop that off in the Machine Shop.
