2015 Week #4 Update

Hello Members, Parents, Guardians, Family Members, Supporters and Alumni of Team #203:

 

Sorry for the late e-mail.  We usually try to get the update out on Friday,  but it has been a very busy week!   Congratulations again to all of our hard working students, staff, parents, and volunteers who are working so hard for this program!!  

 

Here is our weekly updated important information!!! 

 

PARENT / FAMILY BOOSTERS

ALL HANDS ON DECK!!!!!!  Our  DESIGNER HANDBAG BINGO is TODAY -  SATURDAY - JANUARY 31.  PLEASE be sure to check the many e-mails sent out by Denise Barr our boosters president about all of the details about the event.  ONLY WITH EVERYONE's HELP WILL THIS BE THE SUCCESS WE NEED TO SUPPORT  OUR TEAM!!!!    Please contact Denise if you have not sold or need tickets and / or have not connected with her regarding what you are able to help with.   

ROBOT PROGRESS
well with the robot's design and build!  The prototype robot is functioning well and we are now building the official "Rocky the Robot" 2015

 

WEEKEND WORK SCHEDULE 1/30 & 1/31
(ALL WORK SESSIONS IN BUILDING #5)

 

Saturday, January 31 (All Members and Supporters Welcome)
Work Session Starting at 9AM until ??

** All assigned students who need to help Mrs. Barr setup at 10:00AM should report to the Magnolia Community Center.  Rides will be provided by parents for those students to the school to work on the robot after setup.  All others can report directly to the school at 9AM.  

*** Note we will need both parents and students to help cleanup and breakdown after the bingo Saturday Night!  Please be sure to contact Denise and let her know if you will be able to help!!!

ONLINE REGISTRATION

IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE SO.... Another Reminder ALL STUDENTS / PARENTS BOTH RETURNING AND NEW MUST FILL OUT THE ONLINE REGISTRATION PER THE E-MAIL LAST WEEK.  IF YOU NEED DIRECTIONS CHECK OUT THE BLOG POST.

 

SHIRT ORDERS
Look for a letter to come home regarding team shirt orders.  All information and deadlines will be included in the mailing!
